Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), is an autoimmune disorder characterized by multisystem manifestations. SLE is associated with depresyon, mania, anxiety, conversion disorder and various type of psychosis. Here we report a patient who had diagnosis of SLE for 6 years and had psychosis with visual and auditory hallusinations and delusion of control while ender preventive quinine treatment. In this case during the period of psychosis other better known manifestations of SLE were absent and results of serological tests were all negative. Clinical features of SLE psychosis has been discussed.

Sistemik Lupus Erimatosus (SLE), birçok sistemi tutan otoimmün bir bozukluktur. Bu bozuklukta depresyon, mani, anksiyete, konversiyon ve çe şitli psikoz tabloları görülebilmektedir. Burada 6 y ıl önce SLE tan ısı almış ve koruyucu kinin tedavisi alt ında iken görsel ve işitsel varsanılar, düşünce sokulmas ı , etkilenme ve etkileme sanrıları şeklinde belirtiler gösteren bir olgu sunulmaktadır. Bu olgunun değişik olan yönü psikotik semptomlar ın ortaya çıktığı dönemde SLE'ye ait klinik belirtilerin ve serolojik test sonuçlar ının olumsuz olmas ıdır. Bu olgu nedeniyle SLE'de görülen psikoz tablosunun klinik özellikleri tartışılmaktadır.
