Abstract
53-year-old man manifesting the clinical symptoms of disc herniation due to ossification of ligamentum flavum and appearing as a clinical entity is reported. The subject is reviewed since it is seldom seen by means of its radiological findings, differential diagnosis and incidence of appearing as a solitary clinical entity.

Ligamentum flavum ossifikasyonu saptanan 53 ya şındaki erkek hasta disk hernisi klinik bulgular ını göstermesi, klinik bir antite olarak ortaya çıkmas ı nedeniyle sunuldu. Radyolojik özellikleri, ayr ıcı tanısı ve solite ı- klinik antite olarak seyrek rastlanması sebebiyle konu gözden geçirilmi ştir.
