We studied 177 cases with nontraumatic intracerebral hematoma diagnosed by CT scan. The location of the hematoma and the existence of ventricular extention are observed by CT scan. We examined the initial form of the hematoma, the initial neurologic picture of the patient and the state of consciousness, the role of arterial blood pressure, age proportion of hematomas, the clinical picture of the patient at the end of the hospitalisation time, and the factors that effect on pronosis and mortality.

Bu çalışmaya Bilgisayarl ı Tomografi (BT) ile tespit edilen 177 nontravmatik İntraserebral Hematom (İSH), vakas ı alınmıştır. BT ile kanamanm lokalizasyonu ve ventriküllere aç ılıp, açılmadığı saptanm ıştır. Kanaman ın başlangıç şekli, hastalar ın hastaneye gelişteki nörolojik tablo ve şuur durumlar ı, arteriyel kan bas ıncı= kanamadaki rolü, kanaman ın yaşa göre da ğılımı, hastalar ın hastaneden ç ıkış durumlar ı ile prognoz ve mortoliteyi etkileyen faktörler incelenmi ştir.
