Abstract
19 patients with diagnosis of chronic schizophrenia according to DSM III-R were classified using DSM T/W and SANS/SAPS subtype criteria. All patients were treated with standart antipsychotic treatment regimen (300-600 mg/day chlorpromazine or its equivalent). Response to this treatment regimen was scored on 1 st, 15th and 30 th days of treatment with BPRS, SDSS and HDS. The results are discussed.
DSM III-R tanı kriterlerine göre kronik şizofreni tan ısı konulan 19 hasta DSM T/W, SANS/SAPS kriterlerine göre alt tiplere ayrıldı . Hastaların tümüne standart doz antipsikotik tedavi (300-600 ıngl gün klorpromazin ya da eşdeğeri) başlandı . Bu tedaviye verilen yanıt 1.15. ve 30. günlerde BPRS, SDSS ve HDS ölçekleri ile değerlendirildi. Sonuçlar tartışıldı .
